This is a full-time position with one permanent and one 13-month temporary role available.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise applications, including automation scripts and COTS applications.
• Participate in evaluating new technology and supporting organizational improvements.
• Assist in testing, documentation, and deployment of software releases.
• Contribute to the design and development of enterprise architecture.
• Identify and resolve system issues to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in IT or Computer Science (asset).
• 2+ years of experience in application systems analysis, support, and development.
• Proficiency with SQL, AWS, web development, and desktop computing (asset).
• Experience with VM environments and Agile methodologies (asset).
• Experience with HCM / Finance applications, ServiceNow, Content Management, CRM, telephony platforms, Postman, PowerShell, SQL Server, and Microsoft Power Platform.
