We are looking for a talented UNIX Systems Analyst to join our Platform Systems team and help deliver reliable, secure, and innovative UNIX services across the Rogers organization. We're seeking an individual with a passion for enterprise infrastructure technologies, a customer-focused mindset, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining UNIX platforms that enable critical business applications and services. You will work closely with internal customers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure our UNIX environments remain stable, secure, and available.
As a Tier 3 escalation point, you will assist in resolving complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and help restore services quickly and effectively. This role also participates in a scheduled on‑call rotation supporting critical business services and infrastructure. You will contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of our UNIX environment through automation, process enhancements, and the adoption of current technologies and best practices.
