Rogers Communications, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technology Strategy Analyst to support Technology Strategy across long-term planning. You will develop complex financial models, review materials, and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration across departments. Responsibilities include modeling for deals, market sizing, and cross-functional initiatives, with opportunities to influence leadership presentations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a strategic planning role.
• Advanced business acumen, including strategic thinking, financial literacy, and understanding of enterprise operations.
• Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of mapping tools such as QGIS.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, an eagerness to learn, and a thoughtful, diligent and proactive approach to gathering information.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Takes initiative and has a curiosity to learn more about the telecom industry.
• Strong communication skills and collaborator.
• MBA is a plus.
