Job summary

Qualifications

• The ideal has a Bachelor's degree in business, leadership/management, social services, planning or related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience in programs, planning or system coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reports and briefing notes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Support CHF’s System Planning direction and system coordination priorities.
• Provide program reporting, monitoring, and oversight of funded projects.
• Develop collaborative relationships with assigned agencies and partners.
• Perform quarterly and annual reviews of programs and analyze funding submissions.
