  • Review engineering design documentation from equipment manufacturers and external vendors, including drawings, calculations, reports, and technical submittals, to confirm compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and company standards.
  • Coordinate equipment commissioning, including test planning, data quality review, reporting, and coordination with commercial or regulatory stakeholders.

  • Maintain and govern OEM technical information, including technical information letters, service bulletins, product bulletins, manuals, and recommended actions, and ensure applicable requirements are incorporated into maintenance programs and capital projects.
  • Provide technical leadership during planned and forced outages, including scope development, quality‑plan review, field oversight, procurement of critical spares and long‑lead components, specialized tooling, repair requirements, contingency planning, issue resolution, and return‑to‑service decisions.
  • Plan and lead equipment condition assessments and inspections, including scope development, acceptance‑criteria review, data validation, deficiency classification, and repair recommendations.
  • Ensure equipment changes are completed through the applicable management‑of‑change process and that drawings, procedures, maintenance plans, spare‑parts requirements, and training materials are updated.
  • Develop and maintain fleet‑wide lifecycle plans for assigned equipment, incorporating inspection histories, maintenance intervals, upgrade roadmaps, risk assessments, and long‑range capital forecasts.
  • Monitor equipment health and operating performance using plant historians, OEM monitoring systems, inspection findings, alarms, vibration data, and maintenance history.
  • Ensure current drawings, reference manuals, procedures, and related technical records are retained in accordance with company document‑control requirements.
