Job summary

Myticas Consulting Inc. is seeking a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to lead Syndigo/PIM/MDM initiatives in a Toronto-based hybrid setup. You will own discovery, requirements, data architecture, and platform configuration for client MDM and data governance projects.

The role focuses on Syndigo-first implementations, with experience across Stibo STEP and Akeneo valued. Expect collaboration with IT, data governance, and vendor teams while guiding data migrations and UAT.

Qualifications

7–10+ years in business analysis, requirements gathering, or data strategy for MDM/PIM projects.
Hands-on experience implementing enterprise MDM platforms such as Syndigo, Stibo STEP, Akeneo, or Tier‑one equivalents.
Experience with data governance, hierarchies, data quality rules, and data migrations.

Responsibilities

Run client workshops to translate requirements into testable user stories and validate outputs with GenAI tools.
Profile legacy data, inventory data sources, and design transformations for the target platform.
Own data migrations end to end, including mapping, ETL runbooks, cutover validation, and rollback plans.
Write and execute UAT scripts, manage defects, and sign off on features with stakeholders.
Document systems, train client teams, and facilitate governance processes across teams.
