Sustainability Reporting (ESG) Trainer - Lecturer

The Center for Sustainability & Excellence (CSE) is a leading global education provider and consulting firm, specializing in sustainability. Operating across North America, Europe, and other regions, CSE is a global partner with GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and other organizations related to ESG standards. CSE offers various certified sustainability programs, including official GRI training and materials. With over 10 years of experience in Canada, CSE has qualified more than 800 Canadian professionals in sustainability.

This role is remote-based. The trainer will deliver sustainability reporting training programs focused on GRI and other ESG standards, and participate in client presentations and virtual meetings as needed. Compensation is hourly, based on a contractor agreement.

Minimum requirements / Seniority

• Certified GRI Trainer (from GRI) and certifications from other organizations (e.g., IFRS, CDP)
• At least 4-5 years of professional training experience
• 3-4 years of experience in consulting firms specializing in sustainability reporting and ESG standards
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging C-Suite executives and delivering presentations
• Strong writing and communication skills
