Responsibilities (if you are a project manager with at least 3 years of experience in the ESG field)

• Identify and gather customer requirements and construct requirements specifications.
• Participate in project framing in collaboration with data analysts.
• Understand the needs of the client, the advisor and the challenger if necessary on the KPIs and environmental frameworks to follow.
• Structuring the architecture of customer accounts and implementing calculations for ESG‑related indicators (such as GHG emissions, energy, diversity and human resources).
• Model the customer data implementation methodology to describe and plan the tasks of Data Analysts.
• Ensure these tasks are completed, test hypotheses, validate them or iterate.
• Improve our clients' data collection methodologies, data management, data visualization and reporting.

What you bring to the table

• A degree in environmental science, sustainability, health and safety, energy or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in a client‑facing role.
• Experience in handling complex sustainability‑related data.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks such as CDP, SASB, GRI, etc.
• The ability to implement and conclude client projects as efficiently and effectively as possible, while maintaining exceptional client service.
• An iterative approach to project management.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once and be ready to take on something new with just a little notice.

Bonus points if:

• You have experience working with complex data platforms or data software.
• Proficiency in French.
