Job summary

Kinross Gold Corporation seeks an Analyst Intern in Sustainability Engineering for a 12–18 month period, starting January 2027, located in Downtown Toronto with a hybrid work model. The role offers exposure to multiple disciplines within sustainability, data analysis, and collaboration with site, regional, and corporate teams.

You will support reporting, business case development, and strategic planning activities.

Qualifications

• Strong data management, processing and analytics across financial data types.
• Engineering, mathematics or related discipline background is preferred.
• Experience or interest in mining and energy sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal/external data requests to support decision making and business cases.
• Collect and analyze sustainability data; summarize findings in structured formats.
• Collaborate with site, regional and corporate teams; participate in communications on progress and challenges.
• Support annual disclosures and sustainability reporting activities as needed.
• Assist in developing business cases for investments with financial impact analyses.
