Job summary

Bento is hiring for a part-time food service position at the Sherbrooke location, offering training and an opportunity to grow toward franchise ownership. The role involves kitchen setup, ingredient preparation, and customer interactions in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, sushi and other dishes, assisting customers, and maintaining sanitation. Candidates should be reliable, communicative, and able to lift 15 kg as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food service industry.
• Sushi preparation or handling experience is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 15 kg (33 lb) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and measure ingredients.
• Preparation of sushi and other dishes (salads, rice bowls and sushi).
• Answer customers' questions and offer recommendations.
• Keep the workstation clean and tidy in accordance with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform any other task required for the smooth running of operations.
