Job summary

Reach3 Insights is seeking a Data Analyst (Survey Tabulations) to convert survey responses into precise, decision-ready cross-tabulations. You’ll collaborate with a smart team and contribute to storytelling that informs decisions and enhances customer experiences.

You will turn data into actionable outputs, perform quality checks, and help streamline workflows via new tools, while working in a Canada-based hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preparing, transforming, and tabulating market research survey data.
• Hands-on proficiency with SPSS and WinCross and strong Excel skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative with remote teammates.
• Proactive attitude toward change, testing ideas, and improving workflows.
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate cross-tabulations from survey data using WinCross, SPSS, Excel.
• Perform rigorous quality checks, investigate discrepancies, advise on outputs.
• Plan and prioritize work in ClickUp; support AI/tool rollouts and process docs.
