GardaWorld is seeking a Surveillance Security Guard in Toronto, ON. You will monitor security systems, respond to incidents, and document reports while conducting regular patrols to safeguard premises.

Eligible candidates are authorized to work in Canada, hold a valid security license and WSIB First aid certification, with strong report writing and technology skills. This full-time role offers flexible shifts and uniform provided.

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies

What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Your strong observation skills with attention to detail are your greatest strengths.

As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escape in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.
