Qualifications

  • Recent, related experience in the applicable clinical area may be required.
  • Certification in IV Therapy; IV Medication Administration.
  • Maintaining proof of active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care as part of the clinical team.
  • Monitor patient health and report changes as needed.
  • Assist in performing clinical tasks and procedures.

Skills

Effective oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of nursing care related to clinical area

Education

Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Education program
ECG course completion within 6 months
