Job summary

You will provide patient care in the OR theatres, Endoscope, and PACU, collaborating with the health care team to deliver safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care.

The role requires current LPN education, CLHAC registration, and BCLS-HCP certification, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced rural setting and participate

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program.
• Active registration with CLHAC and a practice permit as an LPN.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the ORT role within Surgical Services.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to deliver holistic care.
• Respond to emergent medical/surgical situations promptly.
• Mentor students and staff as required.
