The Salvation Army Community-Based Residential Facility (CRF) in Victoria seeks a Community Corrections Support Worker to assist parolees and support their reintegration. You will help with case management, CRF rounds, check-ins, and coordination with the broader team, while upholding policy and safety standards.
Responsibilities include maintaining logs and CAMS, coordinating with Victoria Parole and police, ensuring medication access, and providing transportation and light duties as required.

The Salvation Army Community-Based Residential Facility (CRF) is a federal half-way house and its clientele work on a system of gradual, supervised release while they reside at the facility. The CRF’s priority is to assist and empower parolees - while managing their risk - to integrate them into the community and assist them in becoming self-sufficient and independent. Keeping in line with core philosophies of Hope, Service, Dignity and Stewardship of The Salvation Army and under the direction of CRF Manager and Assistant CRF Manager, Community Corrections Support Worker will act as a member of the CRF team, exchanging information to the case management team, assisting residents with their needs, and ensuring that the facility’s rounds, curfews, and check-ins are completed according to CRF policy.

The target hiring range for this position is $26.95 to $27.45 with a maximum of $27.95. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
