Job summary

Alstom is seeking a passionate Support Systems Engineer to design and develop robust solutions that keep cities moving. You will join dedicated teams ensuring scalable, reliable rail operations and seamless integration of business and technology.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in rail fleet or infra systems engineering.
  • Experience performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on mechanical/electrical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of rail operations, safety standards and support processes.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Robotics, Railway Engineering or other relevant discipline;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in previous rail fleet and infra systems engineering experience
  • performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on mechanical/electrical equipment
  • Proficiency in system integration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of rail operations, safety standards, and support processes
  • Knowledge of rolling stock equipment and/or infra maintenance
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills for managing projects

  • Salary Range: The expected compensation for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
