Overview

The User Support Analyst reports to the Support Services Manager and is responsible for supporting all partners and staff.

What you will do

  • Support users remotely or in the office as needed
  • Provide technical support for various KPMG software applications, including installation, system relationships, printing, and storage
  • Configure PCs with the appropriate environment, and install printers and software
  • Troubleshoot peripherals such as printers and scanners
  • Assist with IT Services projects
  • Participate in IT Services team communications
  • Perform other related tasks

  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Advanced understanding of networks and servers, with experience in a Windows network environment
  • In-depth knowledge of iPhone and Android devices

This position requires fluency in English, both written and oral. The candidate will support training coordination nationally and communicate with English-speaking colleagues and employees in English-speaking provinces.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The base salary range is $46,500 to $70,500, potentially with bonuses. Salary offers are based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
