The Support Analyst, End User Support (EUS) - One Port will provide virtual IT support for the One Port Tax application via telephone, chat, and self-serve requests from end users. Meeting critical tax deadlines for clients is essential.

What You Will Do
  • Support the One Port Tax application (internal software).
  • Answer support calls, participate in chats, and respond to self-serve tickets within SLA.
  • Resolve support requests within SLA.
  • Communicate responses to KPMG users.
  • Escalate requests to Ignition Tax when necessary.
  • Use Knowledge Base for resolutions.
  • Provide after-hours or weekend support as required.
What You Bring To The Role
  • College or university degree in IT or related field, or currently pursuing.
  • Experience in virtual support and/or help desk is an asset.
  • Experience supporting high-performing organizations is an asset.
  • Experience in an incoming IT support call center is an asset.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure and excellent soft skills.

This position requires fluency in English, both written and oral. The candidate will support national training and communicate with English-speaking colleagues and employees across provinces.

Pay Range and Benefits

The base salary range is $46,500 to $70,500, possibly with bonuses. Salary is based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
