Job Summary

The Supply Planner ensures that production build plans are optimized to meet and exceed organizational objectives for customer service and inventory health, managing approximately 1500+ SKUs.

The role involves identifying supply risks, collaborating cross-functionally, and problem-solving to achieve supply objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed short- to mid-term supply plans for assigned product categories, aligning with capacity plans.
• Identify and communicate potential supply issues; conduct 'what-if' analyses.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Planning to resolve supply issues.
• Provide master production schedules based on sales priorities.
• Collaborate on raw material replenishment to mitigate supply risks.
• Manage inventory deployment and maintain planning master data.
• Drive actions to minimize deviations from the supply plan and escalate issues as needed.
• Create inventory projection reports for capacity planning and financial analysis.
• Develop inventory build strategies.
• Adhere to safety standards and embody company values.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Additional credentials like CPIM or Lean manufacturing are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply planning, preferably in manufacturing or CPG sectors.
• Experience with SAP-IBP or similar software is preferred.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
• Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with results-driven attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
