Job summary

Beneva is seeking a senior professional to drive offer management, market analysis, and product development in a dynamic, bilingual environment. You will lead cross-functional teams across strategy, commercialization, and actuarial centers of expertise to shape market-ready offers.

With a decade of experience, you will craft compelling value propositions, manage budgets, and present strategic proposals to executives while advancing offer management expertise within the organization.

Qualifications

• Hold a university degree in marketing, finance, actuarial science, or another related field.
• Have a minimum of ten years of experience in offer, market, or product management or development.
• Demonstrate ease in analyzing quantitative data.
• Have a good understanding of the insurance market, preferably in individual insurance and financial services.
• Be fully proficient in French, both spoken and written; English proficiency is a plus.

• Contribute to the implementation of models, tools, and processes, and measure the performance of offer strategies using performance indicators
• Support the commercialization team in bringing offers to market

• Collaborate regularly in a matrix environment with strategy, commercialization, actuarial, and several other centres of expertise

Requirements

• Hold a university degree in an appropriate discipline, such as marketing, finance, actuarial science, or another related field
• Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in offer, market, or product management or development
• Demonstrate ease in analyzing quantitative data
• Have a good understanding of the insurance market, preferably in individual insurance and financial services
• Be fully proficient in French, both spoken and written
• Possess intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written
