Job summary

Norsat International invites applicants for a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and ERP systems in a manufacturing setting. This role combines data analysis, process improvement, and ERP system support to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and workflow effectiveness across the supply chain.

You will analyze data, drive process improvements, and partner with Production, Planning, and Logistics to ensure data quality and efficient

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation and domestic/international logistics requirements.
  • Understanding of Canadian customs and tariff regulations is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and optimization of warehouse and inventory systems.
  • Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, test plans, and system specifications.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for ERP/MRP platforms.
  • Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and operational data integrity.
  • Develop and track data quality and reporting metrics.
  • Partner with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to resolve system and operational issues.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring:
