Evolus seeks a Supply Chain Operations Manager to drive their logistics and distribution success across Europe. This pivotal role entails managing operations, optimizing supply chain performance, and collaborating with teams to support new product launches. We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Evolus by managing logistics and distribution across Europe, while contributing to the broader and global scope of supply chain responsibilities such as serialization, trade compliance, vendor management, and packaging. This key position will be instrumental in supporting Evolus’ growth and portfolio expansion by ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain exposure across multiple facets of supply chain and logistics, while contributing to a variety of projects and geographic regions. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
• Logistics & Distribution Management
o Manage global logistics and European distribution operations, ensuring efficient inbound
shipments from international manufacturing sites and seamless outbound deliveries to
customers.
o Manage inbound product shipments, including scheduling, customs clearance, transportation,
and final delivery to distribution warehouses.
o Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Supply Chain Optimization & Performance
o Monitor and enforce 3PL and carrier adherence to contractual commitments, including
milestone dates, financial terms, and distribution schedules.
o Drive continuous improvement in global supply chain and logistics processes to enhance
efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
o Optimize spend across 3PLs, carriers, and distribution partners while holding them accountable
for meeting service-level agreements (SLAs).
o Develop, monitor, and report on key supply chain metrics and performance indicators to drive
operational excellence.
• New Product & Market Expansion
o Support supply chain workstreams for new product introductions and market expansions
o Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all serialization requirements
are met
• Collaboration & Leadership
o Act as a key partner to in-country Customer Excellence Leads, provide support with distribution
and logistics to final customers (pharmacies & HCPs)
• Compliance & Financial Oversight
o Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and quality requirements for inbound and
outbound shipments.
o Oversee invoice approvals, raise purchase orders, and track monthly spending against budget.
• Systems & Operational Support
o Support data entry and order processing within NetSuite, including demand planning and
inventory updates.
o Adapt and expand responsibilities as the organization grows and evolves.
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics
• Hands-on experience managing cold chain and controlled ambient shipments, distribution, and
storage
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well across teams and
stakeholders
• Fluency in business English, with the ability to communicate effectively and inclusively
• Proficiency in Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to stay organized, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects at once
