NFI Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer II in Canada to lead engineering analyses and continuous improvement across warehousing, transload, cross-dock, and transportation operations. You will communicate proactively with customers and management, applying technical skills and teamwork to direct improvements.
The role requires 1–3+ years in related engineering design areas, strong data manipulation skills (SQL/Access/Alteryx), and Lean Six Sigma project experience.
The Supply Chain Engineer II will manage the development of engineering analysis to direct ongoing continuous improvement and solve supply chain problems in warehousing, transload, cross-dock, and transportation operations. Provides regular and proactive communications to customers and NFI management. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills combined with demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Demonstrated technical proficiency and skill set working with engineering methodologies and tools to solve complex supply chain problems. Effective communication skills are required. Preferred to be based in one of NFI’s regional offices or a NFI operational facility location.
We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000.00-110,000.00CAN. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 8%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
