The Supply Chain Data Scientist will join the Data Science & Analytics department within the Enterprise Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP). Our department is responsible for developing, maintaining and sustaining Enterprise Data Products using Business Intelligence, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence to support decision-making in core business planning processes such as Demand Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Inventory Optimization and Material Management.
This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and driving end-to-end data analytics projects to meet these requirements. The Data Scientist will leverage our digital data ecosystem, advanced programming skills mainly SQL and Python, and data visualization to develop new Data Products. The candidate will contribute to Data Analytics Architecture reviews, refactoring of existing Data Products and modernization of our Data Management practices. Finally, partnering with our Supply Chain Experts and Scientists, the candidate will also contribute to implementing cutting-edge Integrated Business Planning principles, Artificial Intelligence and Operations Research.
The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
