Given the significant increase in costs observed across the majority of our products, the product Cost management team plays a strategic role in identifying and coordinating initiatives aimed at improving the competitiveness and profitability of our products, both for existing programs and new engine programs.

The team develops solutions that enable data driven business decisions and cost predictions, identifies optimization opportunities, supports business cases, and closely monitoring cost evolution throughout program development.

The quality, reliability, and availability of cost data are at the heart of this effort. By consolidating and structuring information from various functions and ensuring that it is maintained as programs evolve, the team provides stakeholders with a clear and consistent view of costs to support decision-making and guide optimization strategies.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What do you need to be successful?

• University degree and 10 years of relevant experience
• 5 years of management experience
• Experience in analytics
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Experience with Agile model
• Knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Python, Java Script, Databricks, Confluence, Jira, ADO, Github (asset)

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
