Job Description

1. Collaborate with internal teams to assess supply needs, forecast demand, and manage procurement processes, including supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
2. Coordinate logistics for timely deliveries and distribution of medical supplies and equipment while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
3. Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations for all procured medical supplies and equipment.
4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the supply chain.
5. Generate reports, analyze supply chain data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and provide training on supply chain processes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or logistics.
3. Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CPSM) preferred.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of medical inventory tracking systems, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel, supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
