Job summary

Accenture Canada seeks a results-driven professional to drive funding alignment and delivery operations across planning, sourcing and finance. You will orchestrate order execution, change orders and invoicing while partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation with suppliers.

You will lead data-driven metrics and reporting, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate supplier performance, while maintaining accurate catalogs and lead times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in a technical or business-related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains.
  • Experience in analytical and results-focused roles.
  • Experience in improving business processes.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment among XFN teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) on securing funding/budgeting for operations and global delivery of equipment.
  • Own management, orchestration and triaging of order execution, change order management and invoicing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on road mapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency with internal and external suppliers; define business requirements and coordinate design, testing, launch and sustainment.
  • Lead metrics and reporting enablement, including deep-dive insights, reporting and diagnosis of On Time Delivery, supplier performance, and PO execution.
  • Partner with Sourcing to ensure accuracy of product catalogs, price lists and lead times.

Job description

  • Drive alignment amongst XFN teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations in the delivery of critical equipment globally.

  • Own management, orchestration and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management and invoicing.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on road mapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency both internally and externally with suppliers. This includes developing business requirements, working with XFN on solution design, testing, change management, launch and sustainment.

  • Lead metrics & reporting enablement. This includes deep-dive insight gathering, reporting, diagnosis across On Time Delivery, Supplier Supply Commit accuracy, On Time PO execution, etc.

  • Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs/price lists & lead times are accurate.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains.

  • Experience working in an analytical and results focused role.

  • Experience in improving business processes.

  • Experience working and demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and business partners.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Role Location Annual Salary Range

British Columbia/Ontario/New Brunswick $38,800 to $67,500
