Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst I for a 12-month contract to support reporting, procurement, material planning and process improvement. The role is onsite initially and will transition to hybrid, with eligibility for security clearances. 1–3 years of supply chain experience and strong BI/data analysis skills are preferred.

The candidate will develop Power BI reports, assist with procure-to-pay activities, and contribute to process improvements across procurement and planning processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supply chain experience.
• Experience with data analysis and BI reporting.
• Oracle and Power BI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement, materials management and process improvement.
• Strong Excel/Microsoft Office, analytical and communication skills.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Support procurement and procure-to-pay activities.
• Assist with material planning and supply chain data.
• Support Oracle ERP procurement, inventory and planning processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes.
• Create process maps, procedures, work instructions and training materials.
• Support stakeholder workshops, change management and user training.
