Job summary

Leon's Furniture in Toronto seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Professional to support end-to-end operations in our case goods/occasional category. Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience with data-driven decision-making in logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
  • Familiarity with container freight and logistics is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence vendors and carriers.

  • Communicate with suppliers and stores to help solve inventory issues and satisfy customers.
  • Participate in updating and enhancing supply chain reporting tools / dashboards in Excel, AI, and our ERP system.
  • Help organize and maintain information related to the flow goods in our system.
  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation plans to ensure supply chain continuity.

Job description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Professional to support our end-to-end supply chain operations in our case goods/occasional category. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience with data-driven decision-making in logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Experience with furniture is valued. You will work cross-functionally with operations, warehousing, sourcing, and retail teams to ensure a seamless flow of products from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mon – Fri in office (no work from home option)

Compensation

  • Salary is $50,000 to $60,000 depending on candidate and experience
    • Plus bonus, 3 weeks vacation to start, plus benefits
