Job description

Supplier Success Professional (Customer Support) - Bilingual French / English

Join Avetta as a Supplier Success Professional (Customer Support), fluent in both French and English. This role involves assisting in developing and maintaining a top-tier prequalification system for contractors, suppliers, and vendors, serving as the first point of contact for all customers.

After an initial 4-8 week training in our Calgary office, the position offers a hybrid work schedule (Tues-Thur in office, Mon/Fri remote). The start date is July 7, 2025.

Pay rate: $20.50/hour CAD

  • Provide professional support to all Avetta customers.
  • Assist end-users with navigating the Avetta Cloud Application.
  • Verify submitted technical documents.
  • Resolve complex issues, focusing on customer experience.
  • Interact via phone, email, and chat.
  • Prioritize and address customer needs.
  • Verify details on regulatory documents accurately.
  • Support billing and subscription explanations.
  • Record interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC).
  • Perform outbound follow-up via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with internal departments.
  • Contribute positively to Avetta’s culture.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Attend training, meetings, or seminars as required.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Windows and related applications.
  • Interest in learning online software systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
