This role involves developing, promoting, maintaining, and managing assigned service providers to enhance productivity, service delivery, and quality across Technology & Operations. The successful candidate will ensure effective execution of program components, manage risk, optimize commercials, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

1. Acting as a trusted advisor to technology teams and participating as a subject matter expert in vendor initiatives.
2. Negotiating and influencing to meet business objectives.
3. Identifying emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
4. Contributing to strategic planning and vendor management policies.
5. Preparing management reports, financial reconciliations, and attestation certificates.
6. Designing, negotiating, and renewing SLAs, and assessing performance against them.
7. Managing supplier contracts and overseeing billing activities.
8. Validating business continuity and disaster recovery plans for suppliers.
9. Providing guidance on supplier arrangements and managing relationships with stakeholders.
10. Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues.
11. Executing routine and non-routine transactions efficiently.
12. Building relationships, analyzing data, and producing reports and dashboards.
13. Providing consulting, analytical, and technical support.
14. Handling non-routine situations independently and exercising judgment in problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience managing vendor programs and deep technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills.
• Data-driven decision-making proficiency.

Compensation:
