Job summary

Harvey's in Hamilton is seeking experienced Supervisors to lead a hands-on team and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience. You will help maintain high food quality, support day-to-day operations, and foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

The role targets individuals with supervisory background, a strong work ethic, and a passion for food and hospitality. You will lead by example, collaborate across shifts, and contribute to a fun, energetic team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or managing staff is an asset.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.
• Good team player with willingness to help across roles.

Harvey's is looking for experienced Supervisors!

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Deliver Perfect Guest Experience by ensuring food quality is at the highest standards of Harvey's established food quality and plating specifications
• The successful candidate will be someone who is a hands-on leader, willing to help wherever is necessary to ensure overall success of the restaurant.
• Previous supervising or management experience is an asset.
