Job summary

Harvey's is seeking an overnight shift supervisor at our Canada location. You will maintain front-line, kitchen and drive-thru flow while motivating the team and ensuring the guest experience remains outstanding.

You will handle issues with operational judgement, lead shifts, and model Harvey’s culture to bring the “Beautiful Thing” guest experience to life.

Qualifications

• Positive and friendly personality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow Harvey’s standards, food/safety regulations, and Health and Safety policies.
• Excellent ability to multi-task and coordinate others.
