Peel Region is seeking a Supervisor of Volunteer Services in Health Strategy, Planning and Partnerships to lead the day-to-day operations of the Volunteer Services Program. You will recruit, engage, train, and recognize volunteers across Health Services and community partnerships.

As the Supervisor Volunteer Services, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Volunteer Services Program, ensuring the effective recruitment, engagement, development, and recognition of volunteers across Health Services and community partnerships. You will provide leadership to staff, oversee program planning and budget management, drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure legislative compliance, and optimize service delivery to support organizational goals and community impact.

In this role, you’ll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected, with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.
It's important to note that your off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario. This ensures that we're compliant with all regulations and policies.
