Supervisor, Sales and Services Rep -Fly In/Fly Out

Position Overview

Supervise the daily operations of the Branch, focusing on driving sales, customer service, inventory control, reporting, and team performance management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop the team through recruiting, training, motivation, and performance management.
2. Collaborate with the ISSR team on customer quotes, contracts, and pricing strategies.
3. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns related to pricing, procurement, and delivery.
4. Support operational excellence by contributing to the annual business plan, maintaining compliance with safety and transportation regulations, and supporting the branch’s organization and cleanliness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial and safety products preferred.
• Proven leadership skills, including coaching, team building, and effective communication.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and understanding of local market dynamics is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent experience.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1-2 years in a similar role with consistent performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to attend customer sites, which may require compliance with site-specific screening policies.
