Job Posting Description:
This is a hybrid role #LI-Hybrid
Reporting to the Manager, Retail Security Resource Protection , this role ensures the security and safety of LCBO retail stores, staff, and property by supervising a team of LCBO Resource Protection members and contract security personnel. This role involves crisis support, investigating criminal activity, and mitigating corporate risk.

About the Role
Oversee the Retail contract security program and ensure compliance.
Investigate security incidents and provide risk-reduction recommendations.
Manage HQ security systems, access control, and emergency responses.
Supervise video evidence review and support the Video Unit Coordinator.
Conduct electronic sweeps, manage security installations, and develop safety policies.
Validate access requests, review incident reports, and approve security-related payments.
Assist is contract security company audits .
Visit LCBO Retail Store locations and meet with Retail staff re: guarding and LCBO equipment concerns .
After-hours support may be required .
About You
Post-Secondary Certificate in Security Administration/Police Foundations or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in security, preferably in retail or government.
Experience contract management and RFP/Procurement process .
Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
Strong communication , administrative, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and security monitoring equipment.
Ability to travel throughout Ontario as needed.
Preferred:
Degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
Experience in retail security and law enforcement.
Additional certifications like Use of Force, Crisis Management, and CPP designation.
