HOURLY RATE - $20.91

Full-time Hours

  • Average 4-5 shifts per week
  • 8-hour shifts between 9am to 9:30pm

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll support the Retail Manager in driving sales, coaching employees, and ensuring smooth store operations. You'll lead a team of Retail Associates, oversee training, manage inventory, handle guest escalations, and create a positive, service-focused environment.

  • Supervise and mentor the retail team to enhance performance and sales.
  • Ensure employees provide top-tier customer service using our GUEST approach (Greet, Understand, Educate, Sell, Thank).
  • Manage daily operations, including refunds, escalations, merchandise replenishment, and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate product knowledge training and certifications for ski and binding equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, leadership, and other departments.
  • Assist with promotions, inventory counts, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field.

  • Experience handling money and using POS systems.
