Job summary

Olive Garden in Ajax, Ontario is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day dining room operations under the Franchise Owner and General Manager. You will promote a Perfect Guest Experience and ensure the restaurant meets Benchmark standards while supporting your team through coaching and strong leadership.

This role requires front-of-house management experience, a hospitality mindset, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Front of House Management experience.
• Ability to lead all shifts to meet Brand standards.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Franchise Owner and General Manager.
• Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a Benchmark Restaurant, delivering a Perfect Guest Experience.
• Continue to develop and coach associates.
• Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience.
• Support and implement Standards and Controls.
• Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles.
