We are currently looking for a Supervisor of Child, Youth and Family Development to join our team of committed professionals. This full-time position within the Association is at various locations throughout the City of Sudbury. Under the leadership of the Manager of Child, Youth & Family Development, the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of safe, high-quality educational child care for children 0-12 years. This role also entails the overall operation of the child care site and ensuring adherence to the YMCA's Policies, Procedures, and Best Practices, as well as all legislative requirements set forth by the Ministry of Education, DSSAB/Municipality, Public Health, and the local Fire Department.
START DATE: As soon as possible
LOCATION: Sudbury, ON
RATE OF PAY: $53,372.80 per year
HOURS: 40 per week

**This position may be entitled to a Ministry of Education Wage Enhancement Grant (WEG) of up to an additional $2.00/hour for qualifying positions within a licensed child care program at the YMCA. The WEG is not guaranteed by the YMCA and can be withdrawn by the Ministry of Education.
