We are currently looking for Supervisor of Aquatics to join our team of committed professionals. This full-time position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario’s Durham location in Sudbury.
Under the leadership of the Centre Manager of Health and Wellness, the Supervisor of Aquatics is responsible for coordinating the operation of programs and services in the aquatics department, including swim lessons, enrichment courses, special events, scheduling, human resource management, meeting financial targets and managing within the department budget and staff and volunteer development according to YMCA policies, procedures, and standards.
START DATE: As soon as possible
LOCATION: Sudbury, ON
RATE OF PAY: $58,000 - $78,000 per year
