Candidates should have 7+ years in industrial mobile equipment maintenance, supervisory experience, and credentials such as a Certified Interprovincial Mechanical Certificate or related diploma.

This position is directly responsible for leading and directing the Underground Mobile Equipment Mechanical Crews, while ensuring they work in a safe and productive manner. This position applies maintenance practices in alignment with Evolution Mining’s business objectives, maintenance strategy and production goals, during the daily execution of maintenance activities on underground mobile equipment. This position participates actively to implement and execute maintenance plans in a rapidly changing underground environment. This position facilitates the safety of staff, the community, and the environment, while communicating on a regular basis about equipment performance including availability, reliability, repeated problems, and cost. This position works closely with the Planner, Scheduler, Reliability Engineer, and other Supervisors using a team approach to solve problems. This role is to recruit for an existing vacancy.
The role is offered on a 14 days on 14 days off (12-hour days) roster and although residential preferred, we are open to both FIFO and DIDO arrnagements. We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth. The compensation range for this role is $136,633 to $170,000 CAD.
