Position Overview

The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple landscape maintenance crews to ensure high-quality service delivery. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, efficient in managing resources, and possesses exceptional leadership skills. The supervisor will play a crucial role in upholding our company's reputation for top-tier landscape maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crew Management: Oversee, direct, and manage multiple landscape maintenance crews, ensuring that each crew is well-equipped and performing tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect job sites to ensure the work meets the company's quality standards. Address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Training: Conduct regular training sessions for crew members, ensuring they are updated with the latest techniques and safety protocols.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate with clients and crews to establish and adjust work schedules, ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to different job sites based on requirements.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. Also, facilitate open communication between crew members and upper management.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all crew members adhere to company safety policies and industry regulations. Conduct periodic safety audits and drills.
  • Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on crew performance, job completion rates, client feedback, and any challenges faced.

Education & Experience
