Job summary

Carter's, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Supervisor in Toronto, ON. You’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, greeting customers and helping with product knowledge across baby essentials and clothing. The role requires creating an inclusive, welcoming environment and coaching the team to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll support store operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly while driving business priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient with basic computer tools including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide product guidance across baby and children’s apparel.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive environment for customers and employees.
• Lead by example as a Supervisor on Duty, driving results and resolving issues promptly.
• Coach team members to deliver strong omni-channel service and brand experience.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and store operations to support business goals.
