Carter's, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Supervisor in Aurora, Canada to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, inspire confidence in our baby and children's lines, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service on the sales floor.

As a leader, you’ll foster an inclusive environment, coach staff, manage tasks, and ensure store operations run smoothly while maintaining safety and compliance. Availability may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
