Flight Operations Supervisor

Bell is seeking a Flight Operations Supervisor to join Bell’s Flight Research Center. This position is based at Bell's Flight Research Center in Arlington, TX. The reporting time is 6:00am to 3:30pm.

What you’ll be doing as a Flight Operations Supervisor

  • Provides daily work assignments for all Flight Operations Union covered employees
  • Responsible for meeting daily customer and schedule commitments for the Flight Operations environment
  • Supervise and monitor the Flight Operations environment to ensure a safe and hazard free workplace
  • Meets all goals which support deliverables including Safety, Quality, Schedules and Costs associated with Flight Operations.

Qualifications

Skills You Bring To this Role

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, be goal-oriented, data driven, with strong sense of urgency.
  • Proven success in leading team through a continuous improvement environment.

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Business, Aeronautics or Aviation
  • Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered
  • Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience
  • A&P License required
  • Some travel is required (20%)
