Job summary

Hermitage Processing Inc. in Hermitage, NL is seeking a supervisor for our fish plant workforce. The role involves training staff, preparing production reports and coordinating daily activities to improve productivity and quality.

You will supervise workers and ensure safety procedures are followed. Relocation is a consideration for this permanent, full-time position, with 40 hours per week and evening/flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience an asset or equivalent experience.
• Willing to relocate.
