Halton Healthcare is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to coordinate EVS, porters and waste operations in a unionized setting. You will oversee staffing, payroll, and schedules while partnering with clinical units to support patient safety and infection control.
The role requires a post-secondary diploma or degree, 5+ years supervisory experience, and knowledge of healthcare housekeeping standards, PIDAC and OHSA guidelines.

Reporting to the Manager of Environmental Services, you will co-ordinate and support all relevant activities of Environmental Services, Porters and Waste and Linen. You will work closely with the management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations in a unionized (CUPE) environment, as this position will provide coverage for EVS, Porters and Waste and Linen staff.
Monday to Sunday -- 8 hour day shifts and every other weekend (Hours are subject to change based operational needs)
$40.323 to $50.391 per hour
