Job summary

Morris Early Learning Centre in Morris, Manitoba, is seeking a passionate Supervisor to lead daily operations, support and mentor educators, and maintain a warm, inclusive, child-centered environment for children's development, confidence, creativity and well-being.

This is a full-time/permanent role, with hours 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Salary is $29.91 per hour for a 40-hour week, plus health benefits and a 4% employer‑matched pension plan.

Morris Early Learning Centre is a licensed non-profit child care centre located at 1029-1035 Ash Blvd. Morris, Manitoba. We proudly serve the community of Morris and surrounding areas and operate 104 licensed spaces at our RTM site and 30 licensed school-age spaces at our Main Street location.

We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced, and community-minded Supervisor to join our leadership team, this is a Full-time/ permanent position, must be available to work Monday through Friday, between 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM, the shift may vary depending on the operational needs of the centre and programs. Reporting to the Assistant Director and Executive Director, the Supervisor plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the centre, supporting and mentoring educators, and helping to maintain the warm, inclusive, and child-centered environment to support children's development, confidence, creativity, and well-being.

Salary: $29.91/ hour (40 hours a week)
