Morris Early Learning Centre in Morris, Manitoba, is seeking a passionate Supervisor to lead daily operations, support and mentor educators, and maintain a warm, inclusive, child-centered environment for children's development, confidence, creativity and well-being.

This is a full-time/permanent role, with hours 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Salary is $29.91 per hour for a 40-hour week, plus health benefits and a 4% employer‑matched pension plan.

• Reporting to the Assistant Director and Executive Director, the Supervisor plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the centre, supporting and mentoring educators, and helping to maintain the warm, inclusive, and child-centered environment to support children's development, confidence, creativity, and well-being.
