Qualifications

  • Serve as the liaison between employees, leadership, and cross-functional departments.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Supervisor Aircraft Completion to lead a team of skilled aircraft technicians through the completion and final assembly phases. This role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while supporting on-time aircraft deliveries. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Aircraft Assembly team
  • Assigning tasks and distributing workloads based on technician skillsets and operational priorities
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and offering coaching and feedback to team members
  • Supporting aircraft deliveries in collaboration with Customer Support and Sales teams

What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

  • A college diploma or university degree in Aircraft Maintenance
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance, including at least 5 years working on Helicopters.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Proven troubleshooting abilities and strong technical acumen
  • High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to leadership
